- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials, and perform work for the project "Renovate SPD for Infection Control". This project involves renovation in Building #1 of the exiting SPD facility for relocation and renovation of Acquisition and Material Management (AMMS), Female Locker Room, and relocation of a portion of AMMS and Environmental Management Services (EMS) to the warehouse on the first floor located at the VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20422. Contractors' proposal shall completely prepare site for building opertions, to include general construction, supervision, demolition and removal of existing structures, mechanical and electrical work, tools, equipment, labor, material, as required by the drawings, specifications and contract documents.
