The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has a requirement for a maintenance service agreement for the following laboratory equipment located at the U.S. EPA Central Regional Laboratory, 536 S. Clark, Chicago IL 60605, and intends to award a firm fixed purchase order on a sole source basis using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Perkinelmer LAS, Inc., Perkinlmer LF Analytical Sciences, 710 Bridgeport Ave., Shelton, CT 06484 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
