- Plans Solicitation SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE; NAICS CODE 336611 (1000 people) The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement to repair crane barge 9701. Contractor must be located within a 100 mile radius of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District, New Orleans, LA. W912P8-09-R-0023 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be available on or about December 31, 2009. This requirement is being procured as a firm fixed price contract under FAR 12, Commercial Item. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3731; the NAICS code is 336611. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. Proposals are due on January 14, 2010 at 1:00 CST. You can access these files from a link located on FedBizOps ( www.fbo.gov ).
