- The United States Army Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center- West (ITEC4, Division C), Directorate of Contracting, located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, intends to enter into direct negotiations and award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) (IDIQ) requirements contract to the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZ DES), State Licensing Agency (SLA), in accordance with the Randolph Sheppard Act (RSA), to provide Full Food Services (FFS) at four (4) contractor operated dining facilities (Virginia Hall, Yardley, Black Tower, and future Chaffee AIT), and Dining Facility Attendant Services (DFA) within one (1) military operated dining facility (Thunderbird), located on Fort Huachuca, Arizona in support of Fort Huachucas Directorate of Logistics (DOL). The anticipated base period of performance is 1 May 2010 through 30 April 2011 with four (4) one year option periods. Operation of these FFS facilities includes: Facility management, menu planning, receipt and storage of subsistence, food preparation, food serving, and quality control, and food service equipment operator level maintenance, grounds maintenance around the dining facilities, supply management, property accountability, and preparation of meals for field feeding service. Other services under this requirement may include the duties of headcounter/cashier services, dining room services, housekeeping services, floor cleaning, dishwashing, pot and pan cleaning, and equipment cleaning.
