- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the Forest Service awarded a fixed price task order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number AG-4419-C-10-0149 for trail maintenance of the Aska trails on the Chattahoochee National Forest. The task order was competed among the IDIQ contractors and incorporated contract clauses required for projects using Recovery Act funds.
