Description

PROJECT TITLE: Replace Exterior Doors and Hardware and Paint exterior Metal Components PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to replace exterior doors and hardware and paint exterior metal components, including but not limited to: building soffits, exterior railings, exterior doors, and frames; of the Visitor's Center at DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238350, Finish Carpentry Contractors, with a size standard of $14M. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about Janurary 15th, 2010. Quotes will be due on or about February 17, 2010 at 3:00PM CST.
