Description

PROJECT TITLE: Visitor Center Structural Concrete Repair PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment, transportation, and supervision for concrete structural repair to include but not limited to preparation and repair of spalled, cracked, or otherwise deteriorated concrete at the Visitor's Center, DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $50,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, with a size standard of $14M. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about January 15th, 2010. Quotes will be due on or about February 17, 2010 at 3:00PM CST. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package from FEDBIZOPS before submitting your Quote and other requested supporting documents. SITE VISIT: Offerors are encouraged to inspect the site where the work will be performed before submitting a quote.
