- Recovery Act Project - Fire Alarm Upgrade This notice is for informational purposes only. The Government anticipates exercising three options on the current contract VA263-C-0711. The contract was competed and awarded in June 2009. The Government will exercise these options with Versacon, Inc., 9330 Zachary Lane North, Maple Grove, MN 55369 for the construction services for this project. Project Description: Upgrade Elevators in Building 73, 74 and 222 on the VA Medical Center property. These options will be funded with ARRA monies. NAICS code 238210 applies to this procurement.
