- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F6T0HQ9351A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 442110 and small business size standard is $6.5 million. *MANDATORY SITE VISIT: Thursday 7 January 2010, 9:30 am PST. Contractors will meet at Bldg 2285 (Whitehouse), Fairchild AFB, WA. Arrive one half hour early to sign in at the Visitor s center. Provide drivers license, proof of insurance, and registration at the visitors center. From there, travel to Bldg 2285, park in the back lot, enter doors on the right, and proceed upstairs for the site visit. **Interested Site Visit parties MUST email location and contact information to Heidi.Weber@ang.af.mil. Point of contact (person who will be in attendance during the visit) must be provided in order to bid on this requirement. We must have the information in order to provide an accurate vouch on list to the front gate. This information must be provided NLT 6 Jan 2010 at 2 PM PST. ***FABRIC AND WOOD COLOR SAMPLES MUST BE INCLUDED WITH VENDOR BID/QUOTE. This requirement is for the purchase of: 0001-AA Conference room table Dimensions: Width = 4 feet Depth = 14 feet. Similar to boat-shaped conference table made by D.H.Griffin companies, sold locally by Contract Resource Group, OR EQUAL. Bond, Bldg 2285, Fairchild AFB, 99011. FURNITURE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SPECIFICS. **There is no dock. Just lift the back door and drop off. There are two different sets of stairs approx twenty steps total. There is no elevator. **The requirement is for furniture for a conference room, a locker room, and a break room and yes there will be a POC on site to monitor delivery and installation. **There is no existing furniture to move and no disposal of old furniture. **Deliveries may be made on multiple days, if coordinated with customer. *** PROVIDE ONE TOTAL COST WITH INSTALLATION AND ONE TOTAL COST WITHOUT INSTALLATION INCLUDED, IN ADDITION TO A COST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM/LINE ITEM.
