- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is an order under an existing contract that was awarded using non-competitive procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, has awarded a firm fixed price task order for restoration at Golden Butte Mine, White Pine County, Nevada. This task order was awarded using an exsisting IDIQ contract awarded to an 8(a) sole source under FAR part 19.8 This project is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
