- RECOVERY - Firm Fixed Price Solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office, Reno, NV has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for barbed wire fence construction and repair on BLM Land In Nevada. The fence project will be performed in Humboldt County, Nevada. It is the intent of the Government to competitively award this requirement in support of this approved project as a Small Business Set Aside procurement. The receipt of the award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the reporting requirements in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Note, the reporting requirements can be found at https://www.federalreporting.gov/federalreporting/home.do. The solicitation will be posted on fedconnect.net, solicitation number L10PS01805.
