RECOVERY - TAS: 14 2302 ::TAS Project 9YH52006 RECOVERY ACT PLEASE NOTE: this is only an announcement for an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFQ)/Negotiated solicitation. There is NO solicitation package document available at this time. CORRECTION IS MADE TO PRESOLICIITATION NOTICE POSTED ON 12-17-2009, as follows: 1. The soliciation is a "FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION" procurement; the procurement method is "Negotiated" (Request for Proposal/RFP) under FAR Part 15 and 36. 2. All responsive proposals from responsible offerors will be considered; Fixed Price Contract award will be based on "Best Value". 3. No Bid Bond is required. 4. The Performance Period is corrected to NINETY (90) calendar days.
