THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Evolv Solutions, LLC, 8(a), W912DQ-10-D-1000 The Kansas City District, Corps of Engineers will be issuing a task order award on or about 1 January 2010 for scanning and indexing of Cultural Resource Maps and Documents. Work shall consist of digital conversion services, scanning, imaging, and indexing services throughout the Kansas City District. The contractor shall furnish all manpower, equipment and tools necessary to provide the required services. The NAICS code is 518210 with a size standard of $25,000,000.00. This procurement will be a Sole Source award in accordance with FAR Part 19, and DFAR Part 219. Reference is made to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition.
