- This Notice is Provided for Informational Purposes Only. This acquisition was funded and awarded under the provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This contract was awarded pursuant to and under the provisions of the Small Business Administration 8(a). This construction project is to provide for repairs and upgrades of drainage structures along Forest Service Roads FSR 24 and FSR 2420 on the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Work includes removal of existing 18-60 inch culverts, installing new culverts, rip-rap, drainage ditch reconstruction and surface rock replacement.
