- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Department of Veterans' Affairs, James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital (JAHVH) located in Tampa, FL is seeking a vendor who can provide pricing for the following item/product. GLOBAL PLUS, SAFE CUSTOM SIZE 8H X 12W x 8 D QTY 120 GLOBAL PLUS SAFE STANDARD, SIZE 8H x 20.5W x 16D QTY 30 PLEASE SEE SIZE SPECIFICATIONS. SIZES MUST BE THE EXACT SIZE SPECIFIED.
