- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Carlisle Barracks PA intends to procure non-personal services on a sole source basis with CIBER, Incorporated, 5251 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO, under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the period 1 Apr 10 through 30 Nov 10. The services include telecommunications, automation, records management, publishing and printing, and visual information. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Detailed capabilities may be submitted to MICC-Carlisle Barracks, Attention: Eric Berns, 314 Lovell Avenue, Carlisle Barracks, PA 17013; e-mail: Eric.berns@us.army.mil by 4:00 p.m. 6 Jan 10. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whe ther to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This synopsis is not a request for bid or proposal. No solicitation is available.
