- THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) ACTION. ADA Pathways for Forest wide toilet facilities within the Santa Fe National Forest. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract established by the US Forest Service. Award of the IDIQ contract was directly made to an 8(a) Contractor. The project is for demolition of old pathways, construction of asphalt ramps, and installation of handrails where needed. Work shall comply with the American Disabilities Act/Architectural Barriers Act and design guidelines within the Santa Fe National Forest.
