This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER - N00164-08-G-JQ06 - AH-1Z & KC-130J TSS This is an annual synopsis of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-08-G-JQ06. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a BOA with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP 051, Orlando, FL 32819-8907 for a maximum ceiling amount of $11.49M on 13 DEC 2007, the maximum ceiling increased to $22.9M by modification dated 18 MAR 2009. The BOA covers a three-year period with two one-year options. The option for year four (4) is exercised and will expire on 13 DEC 2011. The BOA supports the following efforts: Engineering services, support services, engineering changes, integrated logistics support, repairs/restore/modify to RFI, support materials and spare and repair parts for the AH-1Z TSS and KC-130J TSS. Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency.
