- Statement of Work The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), is seeking a Business Service Provider (BSP) to provide Multifamily loan servicing functions. These services include but are not limited to servicing existing portfolios and, in the event GNMA has to default any of its issuers, provide default services. On occasion the BSP may be required to provide support services. The attached draft statement of work is for your information. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. The information requested will be used solely for planning purposes. This RFI is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that this RFI will lead to an RFP and a competitively bid contract for the project. However, GNMA will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to issue a subsequent RFP or contract. GNMA will not compensate respondents for any costs or expenses incurred in providing a Response to this RFI. Please do not submit any confidential or proprietary information. GNMA will consider the information in your response to be publicly available. It is the general policy of GNMA to not publish or publicly release documents submitted in response to Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals, or Invitation for Bids. By submitting a response to this RFI, you agree that GNMA may use your information to assist in the creation of the publicly distributed RFP that will solicit proposals for the BSP solution. All responses are due January 29, 2010.
