- DESC: NSNs: 6150-01-535-8055, 6150-01-535-8043 and 6150-01-543-438; Part Numbers: 13012053, 13012054 and 13012055. The item to procure are 3 separate cable assemblies that have top drawings that are source controlled to approved source Lind Electronics, CAGE 0V7A3. These cables are used on the M32 Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC). Vendor Part Numbers are: CBLHV-00010, CBLVA-00100 and CBL 10-01060. This solicitation will result in a 3 year IDIQ Contract. Guaranteed minimum Requirements are 300 each, 200 each and 200 each respectively. FOB is Destination. For use on the M32 LHMBC. Estimated issue date is 15 January 2010. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
