- NSN 1680-01-220-7086, PR number 0023115920, Fitting Tiedown, used on the CH-47 helicopter. Solicitation is for 800 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 200 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is AAR Manufacturing, CAGE 81868, P/N 18049D117. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is January 15, 2010 with a closing date of February 16, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
