- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The proposed action will be Modification PS03, which is a modification to a previously awarded contract that was awarded under the Construction Manager as Constructor IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contract for the St. Louis Metro area including the Cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6. The original Multiple Award Task Order (Project #IMO00090) was awarded to Hof Construction, Inc (Contract #GS06P07GYD0019). Therefore, this opportunity is available only to Hof Construction, Inc. of 3137 Jamieson Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63139. The FSC Code is Z111 and the NAICS Code is 236220. The location of the work to be completed by this Modification PS03 is the Robert A. Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce Street; St. Louis, MO. The cost of this Modification PS03 is $9,040,856.00. The work to be delivered under this Modification includes, but is not limited to: continuation of a more comprehensive investigation of the façade of the building, completing masonry cladding repairs, replacement of windows and window removal, brick removal, and increasing the overall energy efficiency of the building façade.
