THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE EXISTING FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE 871, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL ITEM NUMBER (SIN) - 7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT. This delivery order is awarded to the subject contract holder per the terms and conditions of GSA FSS contract number GS-23F-0027S.
