- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Edax, Inc., located at 91 McKee Drive - Mahwah, NJ 07430-2105. This procurement is for Maintenance on Lab Equipment, Serial #736297 & #11546-91470-ME, for 1 Base year & 1 Option year. Edax, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this euipment (Eagle Generator & Eagle Detector). Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available. This Notice expires on Thursday, 12/31/09 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (E.S.T.). Questions concerning this acquisition can be addressed to the Contract Specialist listed.
