- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Jeol USA, Inc., located at 11 Dearborn Rd - Peabody, MA 01961-6043. This procurement is for Maintenance on Lab Equipment, Serial #MP18100006, for 1 Base year & 3 Option years. Jeol USA, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this euipment (Scanning Microscope). Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available. This Notice expires on Thursday, 12/31/09 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (E.S.T.).
