- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to Coherent, Inc. dba Coherent Laser Group, located at 5100 Patrick Henry Drive - Santa Clara, CA 95004-1112. This procurement is for Maintenance on Lab Equipment, Serial #V10-A1385, #112007TG1018, #112007TG1020 & #112007TG1021, for 1 Base year & 4 Option years. Coherent, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this euipment (Verdi & TracER Lasers). Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available. This Notice expires on Thursday, 12/31/09 @ 2:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (E.S.T.). Questions concerning this acquisition can be addressed to the Contract Specialist listed.
