- PR number IQC09363009042 Project Number: RA09363044, NSN 1660-00-139-1029, Lower Cable Assembly, P/N 173-780125-1, 1660-01-035-0628, Disconnect Assembly, P/N 024-780136-1, 1680-01-068-0384, Cushion, Survival Kit, P/N 194-780127-1 This solicitation has one approved source of supply: Carleton Technologies Inc. (04577) for all three NSNs. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. These NSNs are not Navy Critical Safety Items. They are critical application items and configuration controlled. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. 1660-00-139-1029 GM-3, EAD- 12, MAQ- 24, Required Delivery: 128 days; 1660-01-035-0628 GM-9, EAD- 36, MAQ-72, Required Delivery: 68 days; 1680-01-068-0384 GM-3, EAD- 12, MAQ- 24, Required Delivery: 96 days. A Sub-Contracting Plan, Certified Cost and Pricing data are required for this solicitation. There are no Surge requirements for the three NSNs on this solicitation. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is January 14, 2010 and the closing date is February 12, 2010.
