- Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a limited-source basis to Agilent Technologies, Inc., located at 9780 S. Meridan Blvd. - Englewood, CO 80112-5910. This procurement is for Maintenance on Lab Equipment, Serial #6890, 6890N, 5973N, 7683, 7673, for 1 Base year & possibly 1-4 Option years. Agilent Technologies, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of this euipment (GC/MS Systems). Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available.
