- RECOVERY (ARRA) Award Notice ARRA Roof Replacements - RMO00253 Federal Buildings: 102E, 103E, 104F, 106 4300 Goodfellow Blvd St. Louis, MO 63120 RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This procurement was awarded using other than full and open competition because a sole source award was made under the 8(a) Program 15 U.S.C.637 and was made pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 19.8. The contract has been awarded to Johnson Roofing & Construction, 100 Queen St, Vidalia, GA 30474. The Federal Supply Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 238160 (Roofing, Siding & Sheet Metal) and the size standard is $14 Million. The total award amount awarded is $1,584,752.00. This amount includes one base roof, three exercised optional roofs and one unit priced item: $447,655.00, $473,935.00, $507,621.00, $151,041.00 and $4,500.00. The work to be delivered under this contract includes, but is not limited to: replacement of the roofs, which will provide a well insulated cool roof system for four Goodfellow Buildings. This will include the complete removal of the existing ballasted EPDM roof system down to the existing concrete deck on all roof areas. The existing concrete roof deck will be completely dried, checked for damage, cleaned, and primed. Tapered fire rated polyisocyanurate foam insulation will be adhered to the base sheet with insulation adhesive. Tapered crickets will be installed between existing roof drains and at the high side of all roof top equipment to ensure positive drainage. The work will be performed at the Goodfellow Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63120.
