Description
This will be a fixed-price acquisition for twenty-three (23) each, including one (1) first article, Lever Assembly, Stab applicable to the UH-1 aircraft. NSN: 1615-00-830-9740, P/N: 204011301-1. This acquisition will also include 3 annual options with a quantity range of 1-25 for each option. The government is in possession of an adequate data package; therefore, proposals will be accepted from offerors other than the qualified sources for this item. The data contains EXPORT CONTROLLED INFORMATION. As a result, the data will not be posted with the synopsis; instead, instructions as to how to access the data may be obtained will be posted with the solicitation. The acquisition will be set aside for small businesses. This part requires engineering source approval by the control activity to assure the integrity of the part if procured from other than the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or current approved source. The only known approved Air Force Source is the OEM. Any alternative source must qualify according to the design control activity's procedures as approved by the applicable government engineering activity, WRALC/580 ACSG/Engineering Flight. Source approval information/requirements are documents in "UH-1/TH-1 Source Approval Request Guidance," WR/H-1/06-43. Dated 18 July 2006.
