- NAICS Code: 516110 Dialog Database Annual electronic subscription to provide Agency users with desktop access to the Dialog Corporation Databases, which provides access to over 8,000 databases and ESPM by CSA. Dialog LLC will provide acess to its databases online via the Internet to fourumbrella EPA Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. The U.S. EPA intends to award a sole source purchase order to Dialog LLc for the electronic subscription described above. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfy the Agency's requirements. HP Imaging and Printing Group is the only source, due to the fact that the warranties of the equipment will be considered void. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered.
