You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-AL-L, Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9237. PRON: AX0L0003AX, NOUN: Tether Personal Res, NSN: 1680-01-564-6813, Part Number: 1005942-3, Quantity: 700 each, this is a three-year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 700 each and a maximum quantity of 2,000 each, applicable to Multi-application Aviation Spares. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Deliveries of 700 each going to Tracy, CA 95304-5000.. Estimated Production Leadtime with First Article Testing is 700 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA), 120 Days without First Article Testing. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
