- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO MCC CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION W9126G-08-D-0005 This task order is to obtain construction services in support of the repair of floor in Building 343, Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, Texas. The construction contractor provide shall but are not limited to, demolish the deteriorated/broken/failing concrete ramp and approach apron outside the overhead door to Bay C6 on the south side of the building. Area to be leveled is 16 x 30. Replace with new 4,000 psi concrete reinforced with #5 Grade 60 deformed steel reinforcing spaced at 6 o.c. each way. New concrete thickness shall match existing 8 thick hardstand. Dowel to existing concrete with steel dowels spaced at 12 o.c. with a bond breaker on the exposed end. Dowels shall be embedded in epoxy product appropriate for such use in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Concrete finish shall be a light broom texture. Resurface the entire floor within the buildings shop area to repair the rough, pitted surface so that creepers, wheeled seats, and tool boxes will roll freely. Resurfacing system shall be a polyurethane-concrete resurfacing system similar to BASF Ucrete HF or an approved equal. Total area to be resurfaces is approximately 13,000 SF.
