- BASEWIDE FURNITURE MAINTENANCE * PLEASE SEARCH BY FA8601-10-R-0022 FOR FULL DETAILS & INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION. The 88th Contracting Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is hereby issuing a competitive solicitation for an firm fixed price contract with one base period and four one-year option periods for Basewide Furniture Maintenance services at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Closing date for this requirement is NLT 12:00 pm (EST) on 13 January 2010. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1300 hrs (EST) 8 January 2010. Submit the full names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to Trisha Buddelmeyer, via e-mail at Trisha.Buddelmeyer@wpafb.af.mil not later than 05 January 2010 @ noon. This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the base. For scheduling purposes, adherence to the instructions listed in Attachment 1, Addendum to 52.212-1 is required. The Request for Proposal (RFP), the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other related documents are now available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All interested offerors must download documents from this website. No hard copies will be available. All interested offerors are requested to electronically register in order to receive e-mail notification of updates to this solicitation.
