- PR NO: 00244880709 – NSN: 6350-01-334-0502– HEAT DETECTOR –- MEGGITT SAFETY SYSTEMS, INC. (Cage 25693) - P/N 3151-27-550/350-9 – CRITICAL – CONFIGURATION CONTROL - UTILIZED ON F/A-18 HORNET AIRCRAFT AND EA-18G (GROWLER) This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 33 each plus a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as, unrestricted; full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 79 days. A Subcontracting Plan is NOT required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
