SUPPLIES/SERVICES AND COSTS DESCRIPTION QUANTITY TOTAL COSTS SATLINK2 DISPLAYAND MODEM SYSTEM LS $_____________ STATEMENT OF WORK GAGEING EQUPMENT FOR THE MEMPHIS DISTRICT 1.0 OBJECTIVE The object of this Statement of Work is for gageing equipment and associated accessories for the Memphis District. 2.0 EQUIPMENT LOCATION The equipment will be located at various places throughout the district boundaries. Until use in the field, it will be located at Large Cavitation Channel, 3001 Harbor Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103. The point of contact will be Andrea Williams, 901-544-3937. 3.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance for this project/equipment will be at least 10 years. A 3 year warranty is required. 4.0 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful offeror will be responsible for the following requirements: 1. Provide 10 data transmitters/loggers that have at least a 3 year warranty, a USB port to communicate to the computer, an SD card slot to download data and transfer setups, set up via a front panel, and the unit must be able to do both voice and data calling and compatible with Sutron branch sensors. 2. Provide 1 air temp/relative humidity sensor that is compatible with Sutron Brand equipment. 3. Provide 1 Soil/Water Temperature sensor with 200 feet of cabling that is compatible with Sutron Brand equipment. 4. Provide 2 Desiccant Refills for Sutron Accubar Constant Flow Bubbler. 5. Provide 12 GPS Antennas compatible with Sutron Brand equipment. 6. Provide 12 Co-Axial Cables, 15 feet in length, N-Male to N-Male 5.0 STATEMENT OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all equipment. 6.0 SERVICE CONTRACT ACT In accordance with the Service Contract Act, all employees will be paid in accordance with appropriate SCA Wage Determination. 6.0 CONTRACTING OFFICER /CONTRACTING OFFICERS REPRESENTATIVE 6.1 Contracting Officers Representative: The Contracting Officers Representative, or COR, is appointed by the Contracting Officer as the representative overseeing contractor operations. No instructions of the Contracting Officer's Representative or lack thereof will at any time relieve the Contractor from the responsibility of complying fully with all requirements of statement of work and the contract. The Contracting Officer's Representative is not authorized to waive or alter in any respect any of the terms or requirements of the contract, nor to make additional requirements. 6.2Contracting Officer: The Contracting Officer is the only Government representative with the authority to bind the Government and make changes to the contract. Any changes to the contract involving an increase or decrease in funds or performance period will be issued by formal contract modification. 7.0 FINAL INSPECTION All equipment provided shall be inspected by the Contracting Officers Representative and the point of contact from the Hydraulics and Hydrology Branch, Memphis District. ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS: CONTRACTORS SHALL SUBMIT A LUMP SUM QUOTATION TO INCLUDE ALL CHARGES. RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL OR FAX BY JANUARY 8, 2010@11:00 A.M.
