- NOTE: Previous notice, W91278-09-23-ARRA, is hereby cancelled and replaced with this notice. Global Engineering & Construction, LLC, W91278-10-D-0042; J and J Maintenance, Inc., W91278-10-D-0043; John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC, W91278-10-D-0044; Linc Government Services, LLC, W91278-10-D-0045; Robins and Morton, W91278-10-D-0046; Syska Hennessy Group Construction Inc., W91278-10-D-0047; Turner Construction Company, W91278-10-D-0048; and United Excel Corporation, W91278-10-D-0049 under the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Defense-Wide: Tricare Management Activity (TMA) Program. This Recovery Act approved project, Repair Monroe Clinic Building 33003, will provide a work plan and construct/repair of Monroe Health Clinic and the addition of 2,500 SF on the northwest corner of the facility, to accommodate all present functions. Work shall include demolition of all interior non-load bearing walls (minus the mechanical area), relocation and construction of rooms, painting, replacement of all flooring, ceiling replacement, and interior space modifications to provide a more usable floor plan POC: Jacalyn M.
