- US Naval Hospital Guam is soliciting a FFP standing order type contract for the supply and delivery of i-STAT controls and supplies. Commencing 19 Jan 2010 to 30 Sep 2010. Requirement is Unrestricted. NAICS code is 423450. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5. Multiple delivery schedules are required per CLIN. These diagnostic reagents are perishable and require refrigeration. All offerors must quote FOB: Destination, US Naval Hospital Guam, Agana Heights, GU 96910. Responsible sources must be active in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration), provide DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID number and a registered-user in the Wide-Area-Work-Flow (WAWF).
