- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATOINAL PURPOSED ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Bison Constructors 333 White Lakes road, Stanley, NM 97056-9745, as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 19.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. The project consists of repair and maintenance of nine bridges at Fort Hood, TX. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00, under NACIS 237310 ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
