- White Plains, NY Delineated Area The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,055 rentable square feet of office and related use space in White Plains, N. Y. The space should yield a minimum of 4,396 and maximum of 4,616 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space must be contiguous on one floor. Ten (10) reserved surface parking space and 24 unreserved surface parking spaces are required. Space must be located within the Central Business Area of White Plains, NY. Please refer to the attached map of the delineated area. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, cancelable after five (5) years on 90 days written notice. The proposed Lease shall be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
