- Description
- The work consists of preparing the existing levee crown and ramps for the placement of 6 in. aggregate resurfacing compacted to 4 in. within the porject limits; placement of 4 in. compacted aggregate; placement of barricades and project signs; and environmental protection incidental to work. The project limits include approximately 10 1/2 miles of Left Bank and Right Bank Oak Donnick Levee located in the proximity below Marked Tree, AR; specifically from Stations 61/34+62 to 50/51+03 (5+20 to 568+95) and 78/0+00 to 88/40+00, respectively. The work will include the placement of approximately 27,923 tons of crushed limestone aggregate resurfacing on the levee crown and designated ramps within the project limits. Modification to this contract is required to provide a variation in original estimated quantities. The original estimated quantities are increased 4,000 tons.
