- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA) is a collection of multidisciplinary scientific and technical Bibliographic databases. This requirement is sole sourced to Proquest LLC, 6216 Payshere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674, CSA is the only vendor that provides its own Bibliographic Databases, as well as making databases from other publishers available through the Internet Database Service and they hold the current contract and this is a renewal to the existing contract. Any firms believing that they can provide the Internet Database Service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
