- Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office requires modification or fabrication of turbine bearing oil coolers in Loveland, Colorado. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around December 28, 2009. Quotes will be due December 31, 2009. The RFQ will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332410 with a size standard of 500 employees. The RFQ will be available for viewing through electronic commerce. RFQ Number R10PS60133 will be issued via https://www.fbo.gov, at the link provided in this notice. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices will be available to vendors on these websites after December 28, 2009. Hard copies will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to be considered for award. Registration can be completed by going to www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov/. The vendor's Duns & Bradstreet number and banking information are required for registration.
