- The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for 15,072.00 square feet of Dow Ethafoam 220. Solicitation Number W911N2-10-T-0028 will be released O/A 28 December 2009, closing date O/A 11 January 2010. The annotated closing date for this solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
