- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction with FAR 13, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate and award an Order on a sole-source basis to SBA Structures, Inc., located at 5900 Broken Sound Parkway NW - Boca Raton, FL 33487. This procurement is for 6 Antenna Site Lease Renewals for 1 year. SBA Structures, Inc. is the owner of these Towers. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for quotation; no solicitation document is available.
