- Draft PWS The U.S. Department of Education (ED) is conducting market research for technical services necessary to support the Case and Activity Management System (CAMS) for the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) and the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). This requirement is set-aside for small businesses under FAR Part 8.4 (Federal Supply Schedules). Therefore, interested parties should hold a GSA Schedule under source code 70, categories 132 32, 132 33, and 132 34 with the capabilities, knowledge, and experience necessary to perform work in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please provide evidence of capabilities, knowledge, and experience. Examples could include names and abstracts of similar work you have completed. Responses are not to exceed ten (10) pages, double-spaced and shall contain only substantive information. The Department of Education intends to issue one firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract that will include all four task orders with the possibility of additional tasks under the umbrella IDIQ task order, therefore the Department will not accept partial responses that address only parts of the requirement.
