- Pre-solicitation notice/Synopsis The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Quotation number (RFQ) 20181RQ030, the RFQ will be posted on or about December 18, 2009. This requirement will consist of but, not be limited to supplying and installing 32 energy efficient windows at the Uvalde Fish Hatchery. This RFQ will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238150 - Glass and Glazing Contractors. When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
