- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to requires Premier Support Services to maintain INSCOMs Microsoft infrastructure worldwide.. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to the Microsoft Corporation one Microsoft way Redmond, WA 98052. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: Delivery of this service shall between 4 January 2010 and 3 June 2010 All quotations received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. For specific questions, please contact Mr. Wayne V.
