- John Rishel Mineral Information Center, Egress Upgrade-2010. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for removal and coordination of existing hazardous materials during demolition; demolish existing concrete ramp and stair, and prepare for new addition; demolish existing restrooms on first floor and prepare for new restrooms; demolish wall on second floor and prepare for new restrooms. New addition containing: new fire stair, new ADA elevator. New exterior concrete ADA ramp and stair. The work is located in Juneau, AK. This requirement is open to both large and small business. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee- 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance Bonds 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at wwwFBO.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or after 01/08/2010 Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at CCR.gov in order to receive contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application web-site at http://orca.bpn.gov.
