- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to CQ Roll Call Group under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is an annual subscription for Congressional Quarterly (CQ) services to include (at a minimum) Amendment Text, Archives, Bill Text, BillTrack, BudgetTracker,, CRS Bill Digest, Committee Reports,, Congressional Record, Custom Alerts, Federal Register, Homeland Security, Homeland Security Afternoon Update, Homeland Security Daily, Hot Docs, House Action Reports, Member Profiles, Newsmaker Transcripts, Schedules, Today, Weekly and other services. The membership is for one base year and one option year. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 511120, Periodicals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received by 12:00pm. E.S.T, Wednesday, December 30, 2009. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
